Our Year In Review
Month by Month
Jan ~ Celebrated the new year at my mom’s house.
Feb ~ Don’t think anything major happened this month.
Mar ~ My nephew was born and havoc hasn’t returned to the family till this day. My mom, the boys, Tim and I go to the Ren faire.
Apr ~ My sil returns to work only a few weeks after the baby is born. My mom, the boys, Tim and I go to a Wiggles concert.
May ~ Little T turns 2, I turn 26, and my brother turns 23.
June ~ Tim gets sick and is still recovering now. He had mono and some blood sugar level problems.
July ~ Little T and Drama King cried when the fireworks ended after the 4th. They were so excited to see the lights in the sky.
Aug ~ Drama King turns 1. We spend his birthday in Vegas with my in laws. My best friend turned 26. We trade in the escort for our new van.
Sept ~ Cant think of anything major this month either.
Oct ~ Halloween. Little T dresses up as Captain Feathersword and Drama King as Wags the Dog.
Nov ~ We have an up and down Thanksgiving with people saying they’re not coming and than showing up anyways. My mom turned 49.
Dec ~ Christmas eve we go to Gaslight Theater. We celebrate Christmas with lots of gift opening and yummy food. Tim turns 25 (on the 28th). We celebrate our 5th anniversary (on the 29th). We will celebrate the new year at my mom’s more than likely.
Big Events
Little T ~ speech problem diagnosed and therapy started, starts drinking from straw cups only, learns to help out with brother, got to see his first Wiggles concert and much more.
Drama King ~ learned to talk, cut teeth, learned to drink from a sippy, drinks only from straw cups like brother now, says ‘more’, and much more.
Christmas Is Over!
The boys made out like bandits and my brother and sister in law sulked while they were here. They couldn’t understand why our boys had so much to open. The boys got gifts from my mom, us, my in-laws, Papa, a couple of my dh’s aunts and few other friends and family members. So yeah, they had lots to open. Took us all freaking day and last night. They opened about 4-5 gifts last night and than today they opened 4-5 gifts each time. We took breaks so they didn’t get tired. They always opened gifts when the person who gave the gift was around. So all in all, I am glad it’s over.

6 Days Til Xmas
We have all major shopping done. I have a couple misc items I forgot to get that I still need to pick up but that will happen tomorrow. I’ve been sick for many moons it seems like going on almost 3 weeks now. I’m going to the doc tomorrow to see what else could be wrong. Drama King has some of the same symptoms now and is just a cuddling anyone who will hold him. He loves being held when he’s not feeling good.

20 Days Til Xmas
Wow. We are actually almost done with the shopping. I was hoping this weekend to get some cleaning done so we could rearrange the boys bedroom so we can get Drama King out of his crib and into a toddler bed. Little T will be moving from the toddler bed into a twin bed. We got them new bed sets for the big move. Little T got The Wiggles bed set and Drama King got a space themed set. Drama King slept in the toddler bed when Little T stayed at Grandma’s house last weekend. Drama King loved it. He woke up and was ‘free’ to run around his room. I think this move to new beds will help their sleeping schedules.
