New Routine By Next Week

This routine I am in is going to stop by next week. I am getting too little sleep and still don’t have not enough time to do half of what I need to do. I am reorganizing my days to maximize my efforts and hopefully fit in more of what needs to be done and less “junk”. I want to plan out my week in advance so I know what is going on, when and for how long. I know things will come up and it will need to be flexible.

First things first…Sleep. I need more of it. I will be out of bed by 6am weekdays and in bed by 11pm. This will allow for at least 2-3 hours of sleep more than I am getting now.

Weight Loss

After the information I’ve received about my back injury, I was pretty much told lose weight or regret it. So, I am off to lose weight for the first time ever. Thankfully, hubby and the boys are along for the learning curve with me. Hubby and I have both start SlimFast and are doing ok. Now, we just have to trim down some of the unhealthy eating we are accustom to eating. Here’s an image (created at mvm.com) of me now and what I’d like to look like.
