Update on Changes This Week

I made 3 commitments but am finding it hard to accomplish all 3 so here’s an update on it.

1. Sleep – Wake up at 6:30a. Asleep by 11:30p. I found that I was making myself go upstairs at 11p but I would do a bunch of stuff before going to sleep. Extend bedtime by 30 min and get up 30 min later. Still gives me a few hours more than before.

2. Food – This has been and will be the hardest part. We are so busy running with the new house, work, playdates, and the like that it’s horrible for food management. Planning my week in advance just isn’t happening right now. I wanted to do the lunch big meal but hubby says he can’t do that because he cannot eat alone. I don’t get that since I love to eat alone but I’ll adapt. I plan to eat larger lunches and minimal dinners.

3. Organization – Pack my lunch, the boys bags, and set out clothes for the boys and myself the night before. This I have done in the past and I just have to get back into routine with it. I have been pretty good but keep forgetting cause I run out of time at the end of the day. Maybe I can try picking out clothes for the week in advance or at least a few days in advance just to make night times easier. Mondays seem to be the hardest for me.
