I reorganized their school area to make it easier to keep up with their activities and to keep track of what they do. First, I setup both art tables for the kids and gathered all their art supplies near the table. Above each table, I put up a paper size magnetic dry erase board for them to use. Next to the art table, I put the kid’s bookcase with all of their books. I gathered most of their toys and organized them into a few different storage areas. We are working at getting their entertainment area in order where their computer, tv and video games will all be located.
I printed out the boys names (first and last) in a trace font and put it in a clear sleeve. I printed out the alphabet and numbers 0-9 on another sheet of paper and put it on the other side of the clear sleeve. The boys can use their dry erase marker to trace the letters and numbers to learn to write. I want to make a trace sheet for the numbers 0-20 and 21-30. I’m thinking that I might put together some tracing sheets in a folder for the boys to write on over and over again. I already have folders and a zipper pouch to hold a marker or two. The folder will be portable so we can take it with us when we go out.
