Update on Weight
I am now down to 209.2 but am stalling out. I am in so much pain most days due to my back that I am just not interested in weight loss.I just accepted a challenge for the month of December to see if that will spark me again to lose weight.
Update on Weight Stuff
I’m down to 222.2 from 240 so I am feeling good about the weight loss so far. I have been stable for the last few weeks but I blame that on the lack of eating right with all the moving and what not.I’ll get back on the wagon after the move is complete. Right now, I am hanging on to the wheel trying to do right but not always having the time to do right.
A Week In My Life
Here’s a typical work week for me…(This will change as we go through the weight loss stages)
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
7:30a Alarm goes off. Drudgingly roll out of bed within 15 min.
7:45a Get Drama King up, dressed, teeth and hair brushed.
8:00a Get Little T up, dressed, teeth and hair brushed.
8:15a Get myself dressed, brush hair and teeth
8:30a Get boys snacks and drinks if they want them.
8:35a Gather boys’ bags, my lunch and purse. Load boys into van.
8:45a Drive to daycare
9:15a Drop boys off at daycare and sign them in.
9:35a Arrive at work.
12:45p Break (Approx since it depends on phone queues)
3:00p Lunch (Approx since it depends on phone queues)
5:30p Break (Approx since it depends on phone queues)
7:45p Drive to mom’s to pickup boys. (Approx since it depends on phone queues)
8:00p Arrive at mom’s and catch up with her for the day.
8:30p Gather boys’ stuff and do diaper/potty checks.
8:35p Load boys into van.
8:45p Call Tim and decide on what to do for dinner.
9:30p Eat dinner
11:00p Prepare boys’ bags, my lunch and set out clothes for tomorrow.
11:30p Bedtime for all
Tuesday

10:35a Arrive at work.
12:45p Break (Approx since it depends on phone queues)
2:45p Drive to daycare.
3:00p Arrive at daycare. Load boys and stuff into van.
3:10p Call Tim and decide on what to do for lunch.

Update on Changes This Week
I made 3 commitments but am finding it hard to accomplish all 3 so here’s an update on it.

New Routine By Next Week
This routine I am in is going to stop by next week. I am getting too little sleep and still don’t have not enough time to do half of what I need to do. I am reorganizing my days to maximize my efforts and hopefully fit in more of what needs to be done and less “junk”. I want to plan out my week in advance so I know what is going on, when and for how long. I know things will come up and it will need to be flexible.
First things first…Sleep. I need more of it. I will be out of bed by 6am weekdays and in bed by 11pm. This will allow for at least 2-3 hours of sleep more than I am getting now.
