			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m down to 222.2 from 240 so I am feeling good about the weight loss so far. I have been stable for the last few weeks but I blame that on the lack of eating right with all the moving and what not.I&#8217;ll get back on the wagon after the move is complete. Right now, I am hanging on to the wheel trying to do right but not always having the time to do right.<br />

<b>Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday</b><br />
7:30a Alarm goes off. Drudgingly roll out of bed within 15 min.<br />
7:45a Get Drama King up, dressed, teeth and hair brushed.<br />
8:00a Get Little T up, dressed, teeth and hair brushed.<br />
8:15a Get myself dressed, brush hair and teeth<br />
8:30a Get boys snacks and drinks if they want them.<br />
8:35a Gather boys&#8217; bags, my lunch and purse. Load boys into van.<br />
8:45a Drive to daycare<br />
9:15a Drop boys off at daycare and sign them in.<br />
9:35a Arrive at work.<br />
12:45p Break (Approx since it depends on phone queues)<br />
3:00p Lunch (Approx since it depends on phone queues)<br />
5:30p Break (Approx since it depends on phone queues)<br />
7:45p Drive to mom&#8217;s to pickup boys. (Approx since it depends on phone queues)<br />
8:00p Arrive at mom&#8217;s and catch up with her for the day.<br />
8:30p Gather boys&#8217; stuff and do diaper/potty checks.<br />
8:35p Load boys into van.<br />
8:45p Call Tim and decide on what to do for dinner.<br />
9:30p Eat dinner<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I made 3 commitments but am finding it hard to accomplish all 3 so here&#8217;s an update on it.<br />
<span id="more-403"></span><br />
1. Sleep &#8211; Wake up at 6:30a. Asleep by 11:30p. I found that I was making myself go upstairs at 11p but I would do a bunch of stuff before going to sleep. Extend bedtime by 30 min and get up 30 min later. Still gives me a few hours more than before.</p>
<p>2. Food &#8211; This has been and will be the hardest part. We are so busy running with the new house, work, playdates, and the like that it&#8217;s horrible for food management. Planning my week in advance just isn&#8217;t happening right now. I wanted to do the lunch big meal but hubby says he can&#8217;t do that because he cannot eat alone. I don&#8217;t get that since I love to eat alone but I&#8217;ll adapt. I plan to eat larger lunches and minimal dinners.</p>
<p>3. Organization &#8211; Pack my lunch, the boys bags, and set out clothes for the boys and myself the night before. This I have done in the past and I just have to get back into routine with it. I have been pretty good but keep forgetting cause I run out of time at the end of the day. Maybe I can try picking out clothes for the week in advance or at least a few days in advance just to make night times easier. Mondays seem to be the hardest for me.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This routine I am in is going to stop by next week. I am getting too little sleep and still don&#8217;t have not enough time to do half of what I need to do. I am reorganizing my days to maximize my efforts and hopefully fit in more of what needs to be done and less &#8220;junk&#8221;. I want to plan out my week in advance so I know what is going on, when and for how long. I know things will come up and it will need to be flexible.</p>
<p>First things first&#8230;Sleep. I need more of it. I will be out of bed by 6am weekdays and in bed by 11pm. This will allow for at least 2-3 hours of sleep more than I am getting now.<br />

Next&#8230;Food. I will pack my lunch (or snacks for Tues) the night before. By Friday when I leave work, I will plan what I will eat for the following week. Not necessarily what I will eat every day but what options I will have available. I will make lunch my big meal of the day and eat less at night.</p>
<p>Third&#8230;Organization. I will organize the house as to make life simpler. I will get rid of clutter while packing and give unused items away to people who want them. I will prepare the boys bags for preschool and daycare the night before. I will select and put out the boys clothes as well as my own.</p>
<p>These are my 3 things to start with. I will add more as I accomplish these goals.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>After the information I&#8217;ve received about my back injury, I was pretty much told lose weight or regret it. So, I am off to lose weight for the first time ever. Thankfully, hubby and the boys are along for the learning curve with me. Hubby and I have both start SlimFast and are doing ok.
